Course content- This course is perhaps the first of its’ kind! The course gives solid introduction to concept of drawing and painting, through theory and practice, based on dictates of the famed chitrasutram chapter of Vishnudharmottarapuranama. The course educates on the core concept of art, the spiritual ideas involved, rasa theory, ethics, psychology, purpose and material and bases to be used and types and styles as discussed in chitrasutram. Also introduces the evolution of Indian drawings and paintings down the ages.
